bungalows in Eugene, Oregon

My friends left the San Francisco bay area years ago and went to Eugene, Oregon.  They have a gorgeous bungalow across from a large park.  They also have a large backyard.  Eugene, for me, has both the feeling of a college town as well as a midwestern feel.  Their bungalow is walking distance from cafes and restaurants too!  I love Eugene!
