We had this gluten free pizza last night, the crust is made of cauliflower and cheese! As it says on the box, cauliflower and cheese are simply made for each other. We just put it in the oven with a regular pizza, so the whole group was happy!
The founder of califlour foods started eating more mindfully after she developed lupus. Even in 2022, there are still yummy pizza places that do not have gluten free options so I was happy when I had this in the freezer! 😊
