Refinancing a mortgage- my story

I am refinancing a mortgage.  For me, it is like learning A foreign language.  I am going to write about a few things I have learned about the different mortgage companies.  I became very sick during the process,  though trying to show a confident face to the world.  While talking to mortgage companies I began to feel like a failure, freak, loser, shall I go on.  It is one of the most depressing things.  I want to help people by sharing about a few of the things I learned.  This will continue, I will write in a few days.
