Historic Indian Village Neighborhood, Detroit, Michigan-annual garden tour June 8, 2013

The historic Indian Village neighborhood is located in Detroit, Michigan.  I have always had a fascination for the area, and the homes are actually reasonably priced!  Also, there is a sense of community there.  Today, the Jefferson Avenue Presbyterian church is having a Scottish Sunday at 10:30AM.  Also, this Monday, the Indian Village Waldorf School is doing a parent-child program for children ages 12 months to 3 years.  These are just a sampling of the kind of activities in the Indian Village area!
